THE MOST PROFESSIONAL

I needed a fence replaced at a commercial property, and as any one shopping around would do, we got a few competing offers. Lavin fence was the only who seemed interested in our business.

Theresa went out to the property (without me knowing) to take measurements. She was the person who did most of the communication with me. Nate had called once to follow up and let me know what his plan was.

Though, they gave me a start date, they were one day late (no big deal for me, but worth mentioning). Theresa called to let me know of the delay. She let me know that the crew had received materials late and wanted to prepare (weld parts) at their warehouse, instead of taking up space at the property.

Once they started, they completed the job within 1.5 days. Pricing was fair. They weren't the cheapest, nor most expensive, but they were the most professional.

HIGH QUALITY FENCE BUILT TO LAST

My neighbor and I contracted with Nate Lavin to install a 6' high, 130' long chain-link fence between our two properties. Installation involved the teardown and removal of the existing fence, plus an adjacent dog run. The work was completed within a few days and the result is a high quality, good looking fence that was built to last. Highly recommended!

VERY METICULOUS

Nate provided an estimate that needed to be tweaked to get a price we could live with. We reduced the scope and changed the design to get what would work for us. We had 150 feet of 40 year old wood fence that needed to be replaced. The fence was installed on top of a block wall with steel posts embedded in the wall. Things got off to slow start due to some vandalism with one of the employee's vehicles before he even got the fencing materials. That delayed the start one day but got going the next day. We had a cap on the top rail which caused some rework to meet the contract requirements. The installer was very meticulous in checking the alignment at every post and making any adjustments needed on the fence frame. This allowed the fence boards to be installed easily and fairly quickly. This required more time than originally thought it would take but the team stayed late the last day to complete the installation start the cleanup of the old fence. All in all, the fence is very nice and hope it will last many years in the future. Would definitely use Lavin Fence for other projets.

FENCE WAS INSTALLED IN ONE DAY AND LOOKS FANTASTIC

I am so happy with Nate and his team at Lavin Fence. Communication with him was great. He got back to me quickly and really listened when I explained what I needed. We had a 150 foot chain link fence in our yard that needed to be replaced as it was over 50 years old and falling down due to decay. They came in very quickly and did excellent work. The new fence was installed in one day and looks fantastic!!!!!! So much better than before. This one will last decades and decades. Well it was a few years ago that I had Nate and his crew come out and look at the situation at my business where there had been a theft of a vehicle that was behind a fence the fence was completely destroyed and literally ripped from the ground. So I called up Lavin fence kind of last minute they came out analyze the situation gave me a more than fare estimate and less than 18 hours later we were back to a secured fence better than the last one even by 10 fold. We had a 200' fence on the rear side of our commercial building which trespassers had destroyed over the years. I called 7 fencing contractors to get an estimate on fencing. Only 2 even bothered to call me back! Mary Ann from Lavin Fence called back and set up an appointment for Nate Lavin. When Nate showed up I showed him what I was interested in and he gave me some great ideas. The pricing seemed fair and I hired him. They showed up two days later as scheduled and completed my job in 3 days (even though it was over 100 degrees on two of the days). The workers worked hard and were conscientious. Nate checked on their work and was there at the end to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. The job turned out great. I would definitely recommend Lavin Fence Company.
